HPLC Analysis of Ibuprofen & Codeine Phosphate Tablet on Chromolith^® High Resolution RP-18e

sample preparation

Weigh 20 tablet & crush. Tranfer equivalent to one tablet weight to a 100 ml volumetric flask. disperse in 70 ml methanol & sonicate for 20 min. Dilute upto the mark with methanol. Pipette out 5 ml of the above solution & dilute to 50 ml with mobile phase.
