General description

N-Z-Case® Tryptone is an enzymatic digest of casein. It is used as a source of peptides and amino acids in microbial culture media. This pancreatic digest of casein acts as a rich nutrient source, supplying nitrogen, vitamins, and minerals essential for microbial growth in various biotechnological applications.
