General description

Granzymes are serine proteases which are stored in specialized lytic granules of cytotoxic T-lymphocytes and in natural killer cells.1 Anti-granzyme B has been useful in in the identification of natural killer/T-cell lymphoma, as well as anaplastic large cell lymphoma.2-4
