General description

A certified reference solution suitable as an internal standard for quantitation of zaleplon levels in biological samples such as urine or isotope dilution methods by LC-MS/MS or GC/MS. Zaleplon is a nonbenzodiazepine "Z-drug" prescribed under the trade names Sonata® or Starnoc for the treatment of insomnia. Zaleplon is often abused illicitly for its mind-altering effects.
