Specificity

Neurotrophin 3 (NT3). By dot blot, less than 0.1% cross-reactivity against mouse NGF, recombinant human BDNF or neurotrophin 4.

Immunogen

An 11 amino acid peptide corresponding to the amino-terminal of mouse Neurotrophin 3 (NT3) coupled to BSA. The sequence is H-YAEHKSHRGEY-NH2.

Application

Immunohistochemistry: 1-10 μg/mL (see suggested protocol).

Immunoblotting: 1-10 μg/mL

ELISA: 1-10 μg/mL

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.

Storage and Stability

Maintain at -20 to -70°C in undiluted aliquots for up to one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Glycerol (1:1) can be added for additional stability.
