Place an online order.

1. From the homepage, navigate to the account dropdown and sign into your profile
   
   
2. Search product on the website by using search bar
   
   • When you find the product you want, click expand
   • This will reveal pack size options, product availability and pricing
   • Select your desired quantity then click ”Add to Cart”
      
3. Click the cart icon, then click “view cart”
   
   • If you want to update your cart, you can make the changes here then click “update cart”
   • If you have a promo code, type it in the before clicking the” checkout” button
     
     If a product has minimum order quantity restriction. You will see allowed minimum quantity that you should order.
     If minimum order quantity has not met for the highlighted material and you wish to continue with existing quantity. select the check box above checkout button.
     
     Please Note.
     Not meeting minimum order quantity will cause manual review of your order and may delay shipment or result in a higher transportation charge.
     
     
   • If multiple emails should receive order update, add them, separated with commas.
     
   • If there are any special request for instruction your order, click, ”add instruction”
     
     Please note to review by customer representative so adding them may cause slight delay in order.
     
     
   • Confirm that the addresses and contact information are correct
     
     
4. Submit your order
   You will receive an email within a couple of minutes, with your order confirmation.

How will your product ship?

1. Search product in the website by using search bar
   
   
2. From the search results select the product
   • Scroll down to the properties section and look for attribute name shipped in
   • Product can be ship in ambient, wet ice & dry ice
   • If a product doesn’t show a shipping temperature, it will be shipped ambient
      
3. For further information on storage and transport conditions, navigate to the support dropdown
   
   
4. Click “quality & Regulatory”
   
   
5. Click “customer support – quality services”
   
   
6. Click “storage and transport condition” to open and download the PDF

Note that the transport condition may differ from long-term storage condition.

How to place quote request on SigmaAldrich.com

• Go to products page.
• Add product to cart
• Click on cart Icon to see product added to cart
• Click on “View” to go to cart
• Once you are on cart review the details and click “Checkout”
• Select relevant shipping, billing addresses
• Provide recipient details for the quote
• Click on “Proceed to Checkout”

You will land on the last step for quote request

• Provide unique “PO number”

PO number should be such that quote is easily identifiable

• Provide mandatory contact details

Your quote confirmation and all further communication will happen on this contact

For any additional instruction with quote request click on “Add Instruction”

• Click on “Request Quote” to create a quote

Quote will always start with “2”
You would also receive an email with the quote details

Note: Remember quotation will only be valid for 1 month

How to place Oligo orders on Sigmaaldrich.com
There are multiple places from where you can start your journey to place Oligo orders.

• On the home page, you can see a tile “Oligos, qPCR probes and peptides”. Clicking on this tile will take you to Oligos page.
• From this page, you can click on any of the 3 types of oligo categories available.
• Clicking on “Custom & Predesigned DNA Oligos qPCR Probes” will take you to the hub page with all DNA oligos.
  (On this page you can see all the products and configurators.)
• Clicking on these would open a configurator to place an order.
• Similarly clicking on “Custom & Predesigned RNA Oligos siRNA Duplexes & controls” will take you to the hub page with all RNA Oligos.
• Another way is to click on the products, molecular biology, oligos, qPCR & peptides.
  (Clicking on categories will take you to Oligos page)
• To place an oligo order, select the order link against the product.
  (Here we are placing an order for DNA Oligos in Tube)
• You will land on the page to configure your order
• You will have two options here. “Single entry” and “multiple entry”
  Note: Customer ordering more than 3 oligos should select Multiple product entry.
• Here you would require downloading the template update the specification and upload it
• Put in any name for your order, copy and paste your sequence
  (If the length is not valid you will see an error highlighting the minimum length)
• You can provide the modifications.
  (All available modifications will be listed here)
• Based on the sequence you would see the properties.
• You can see the purification and format are greyed out.
  (You need to select Synthesis scale first. All other options would be enabled based on your selection)
  (On selecting synthesis scale, purification, and format will be enabled. On Changing Synthesis Scale a different set of applicable purification and format will be enabled)
• Click on continue to go to the next step.

On the review page, you would be able to see the sequence and configurations you selected
(You can also download the summary, to see all the technical data calculated in the previous step)

• Click on add to cart to proceed ahead with the order
  (You can see the shipping time and location for your oligo)
• Now you can proceed ahead with placing the order

How to place Oligo order using multiple entries

• For multiple entries please download our template.
  (In the template please provide Oligo name, Sequence, scale, and notes)
  (you can either copy paste or upload the Excel.)
• You can review your details now and add to cart.

How to place Oligo order using plates

• For plates, you must upload a file from our template.
• You can select and see contents.
  
  

Clicking on continue will take you to the page to select format and scale.
Clicking on continue will take you to the next page where you can select the plate type.

How to place Oligo order using probes

• Provide a name for Oligo and sequence.
• Provide molecular class
  (You can click on show more to see all available molecular classes)

• Select amount, purification, format and click “continue”

How to place Oligo order using siRNA

• Select siRNA Oligo option and select any of the products.
• You will have to provide, Sense Strand and Antisense Strand.
  (Since there are no T bases in RNA typing T will give us U)
  (As the minimum length highlighted is 19, provide a length more than that)
• Select the overhang, select the sense name, and auto generated anti sense
  (It will bind together, and you will not have to enter values)
• Select specification and click “continue”

How to place Oligo order using pre-designed siRNA

• Select predesigned siRNA form the list by clicking on order.
• In the search box type a gene and click on “search”
• Select “species”, siRNA ID, Purification, and Size.
  (Changing these will change the price)
• Click on continue for the next step.
• You will see a summary and an option to add the product to the cart.
