General description

Smart′Ink S-CS11101 conductive Ink developed for the printed electronics is particularly well suited for applications requiring high conductivity and high resolution. This ink, based on silver, is perfectly adapted to design conductive traces on flexible substrates. Also, it is shaped for IoT application which required antennas (HF, UHF).
Smart′Ink S-CS11101 conductive ink shows great performance on spray printer.

Features and Benefits

Product benefits:
  • Very high electrical conductivity.
  • Low curing temperature for printing on flexible substrates.
  • Non CMR ink.
  • Unchanged conductivity on bending.
  • Good adhesion on various flexible substrates (PET, Kapton,® …).

Preparation Note

Typical processing guideline:
  • Smart′Ink S-CS01130 Conductive Ink is warmed to room temperature (about 10 minutes) and left for 5 minutes in an ultrasonic bath in order to get rid of any aggregates.
  • Filtration on a 0.45 μm PTFE filter syringe.
