原則

通过偶联酶试验可测定 GDH 活性,其中谷氨酸被 GDH 消耗,生成 NADH,NADH 与探针反应生成与 GDH 活性成比例的比色 (450 nm) 产物。一个单位的GDH 在37℃下pH 7.6 时 每分钟将产生1.0μ摩尔NADH的酶量。
