生化/生理作用
由IBMX对磷酸二酯酶的抑制而引起的cAMP水平的增加可激活PKA,而引起增殖减少、分化增加并诱导细胞凋亡。IBMX可抑制苯肾上腺素诱导的气道粘膜神经内分泌上皮细胞5-羟色胺释放。(IC50:1.3 μM)。IBMX还可作为一种腺苷受体拮抗剂。其已表现出对神经肌肉接头、GH3细胞和血管平滑肌细胞中离子通道的抑制作用。IBMX可诱导感觉神经元释放储存在细胞内的钙。
