General description

Linear peptide corresponding to human CALCRL.

Application

Western Blotting Analysis: 0.5 µg/mL from a representative lot detected CALCRL in 10 µg of mouse brain, mouse cerebellum, mouse hypothalamus, and human pituitary tissue lysate.
Immunohistochemistry Analysis: A 1:50-250 dilution from a representative lot detected CALCRL in human lung and human heart tissue.

Quality

Evaluated by Western Blotting in human lung tissue lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: 0.5 µg/mL of this antibody detected CALCRL in 10 µg of human lung tissue lysate.
