General description

A microtubule-binding molecule that induces reversible fission of multinucleated myotubes into mononucleated fragments. Affects the expression of various growth factors. Induces changes in the expression of genes implicated in extracellular matrix remodeling, stress response, and immunomodulation. May play a role in wound healing and tissue regeneration.
A microtubule-binding molecule that induces reversible fission of multinucleated myotubules into mononucleated fragments. Induces changes in the expression levels of genes implicated in extracellular matrix remodeling, inflammation, coagulation, signal transduction, and cell communication such as those seen in the wounding response of fibroblasts.
