Application
Germanium ICP standard can be used as a calibration standard in the determination of isotopic compositions of germaniumin sulfide minerals by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).

1g/L Ge in 2% nitric acid (contains HF traces), prepared with high purity Ge metal, HNO3, HF and water
