Origen:
El suplemento de medio condicionado 3dGRO® R-espondina-1 se genera a partir de una célula 293T transfectante que segrega de forma estable R-espondina-1 de ratón etiquetada con un epítopo de la hemaglutinina (HA) de la gripe en el N-terminal y un fragmento Fc de la IgG2a murina en el C-terminal. El medio condicionado no contiene suero.
