General description
This Neutralization Buffer B is intended for use with Sigma′s REDExtract-N-Amp™ Tissue PCR Kits. This buffer is used to neutralize the DNA extract and be combined with the REDExtract-N-Amp PCR Reaction Mix and PCR primers to amplify target DNA. The REDExtract-N-Amp Kits include a sufficient volume of Neutralization Buffer B for at least one neutralization per extraction. However, where additional amplifications are required, supplemental Neutralization buffer may be needed.
Application
Neutralization Solution B has been used in the modified Sigma Extract-N-Amp ™ extraction procedure. It has also been used in genotyping of mice, for neutralizing the DNA extract prior to polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using Sigma′s REDExtract-N-Amp™ PCR Reaction Mix.
