General description
EmbryoMax® L-Glutamine Solution (100X), 200mM may be used for routine mouse embryonic stem cell culture applications.
Application
EmbryoMax® L-Glutamine Solution (100X), 200mM has been used as a component of the high glucose Dulbecco′s modified Eagle medium (DMEM) to culture human hepatic stellate cell line and mouse hippocampal neuronal cell line. It has also been used as a supplement in Roswell Park Memorial Institute (RPMI) media for the maintenance of mouse dendritic cells.
Storage and Stability
Store at -20°C for 1 year.
