Analysis Note
Separation pf a mix of 2-AB labled N-linked glycans released from human IgG was optimized on BIOshell Glycan HPLC Columns. Baseline resolutions for all of the individual glycans were observed in both mixes, except for the positional isomer pair G1F and G1F′ which were partially resolved.
