  • Pharmacokinetic studies: An LC-MS/MS method incorporating microelution-solid phase extraction was developed for the simultaneous plasma quantification of aripiprazole and its metabolite, dehydro-aripiprazole, indicating its application in human pharmacokinetic studies utilizing deuterated aripiprazole, such as Aripiprazole-d₈ (Wojnicz et al., 2018).
