General description

ChIRP (Chromatin Isolation by RNA Purification), allows recovery of specific segments of DNA and proteins using chromatin associated RNA as a target for biotinylated antisense probes. The Magna ChIRP TERC lncRNA Probe Set contains 19 predesigned 20-mer DNA oligonucleotides tiled along and complementary to the sequence of human lncRNA TERC. All probes are biotin-TEG-labeled at the 3-prime end. The oligonucleotides are split to two pools (even and odd) and are supplied ready-for-use by the ChIRP method. This probe set is fully compatible with the Maga ChIRP kits (cat. # 17-10494 and 17-10495).

Physical form

50 µM biotin-TEG-labeled 20-mer DNA oligonucleotides in containing 10 mM Tris-HCl, 1mM EDTA, pH 8.0
