General description

Rpn10 (S5a) is a non-ATPase subunit of the 19S regulatory complex of the 26s proteasome. Subunit Rpn10 (S5a) of the 26S proteasome was originally identified as a protein capable of binding poly-ubiquitin chains of four or more ubiquitins, in the absence of other 26S proteasome subunits.

Specificity

Recognizes 19S regulator non-ATPase subunit S5a/Rpn10.

Immunogen

Full length human recombinant Rpn10 protein.

Application

Detect 19S regulator non-ATPase subunit S5a/Rpn10 using this Anti-19S regulator non-ATPase subunit S5a/Rpn10 Antibody, clone S5a-18 validated for use in IP & WB.
