Application

Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) is a stimuli responsive polymer and synthesized by controlled radical polymerization to achieve a narrow polydispersity. The azide functionality is commonly used as a click group which can react with acetylene/alkyne groups. This polymer can be used to bind to proteins to form stable protein-polymer hybrids with responsive properties.
