Application

Potassium chloride has been used:
  • in Percoll solution for sperm sample preparation
  • In Blastocyst Cell Number Analysis by Giemsa Staining
  • As a component of noncapacitation medium

May be used for the preparation of phosphate buffered saline, and for the extraction and solubilization of proteins.
