Harvest preconcentration using single-pass tangential flow filtration (SPTFF) offers an effective solution to increase the productivity of the protein A capture step of monoclonal antibody purification processes. The benefits of SPTFF concentration for high-concentration streams are maximized when clarification steps are optimized for impurity clearance.
In this webinar, we will provide guidance and best practices for assessing different approaches to maximize the benefits of SPTFF concentration and improved productivity of an intensified protein A capture step.
In this webinar, you will learn:
- Harvest Concentration by SPTFF
- Impact of clarification on Harvest concentration
- Intensification of batch chromatography
