Descrizione generale

Immunoglobulin superfamily DCC subclass member 4 (IGDCC4) contains four immunoglobulin domains, a single transmembrane domain, five fibronectin type III repeats and a cytoplasmic domain. It is expressed during embryonic development in a variety of tissues like the notochord, developing skeletal muscles, and the nervous system. IGDCC4 is detected in the hippocampus of the adult brain. The gene encoding this protein is located on chromosome 15.

Applicazioni
