General description

La membrana di trasferimento Immobilon®-FL è una membrana microporosa di fluoruro di polivinilidene (PVDF) progettata per legare le proteine trasferite da una varietà di matrici di gel. La membrana di trasferimento Immobilon®-FL ha pori di dimensione nominale pari a 0,45 μm, ed è consigliata per il blotting di proteine con pesi molecolari superiori ai 20 kDa. La membrana è caratterizzata da un′autofluorescenza molto bassa in un ampio spettro di lunghezze d′onda di eccitazione/emissione. Tale proprietà la rende ideale per applicazioni di blotting che comportino una immunorivelazione basata sulla fluorescenza.

    1. Yes, low-fluorescent PVDF membrane is required in Licor IR Imaging Systems. The Immobilon-FL PVDF Membrane is suitable for this purpose. Immobilon-FL Membrane is the first transfer membrane optimized for fluorescence applications, with extremely low background that improves the sensitivity of all fluorescence detection protocols. It is compatible with all commonly used fluorescent probes at all excitation and emission wavelengths, making it ideal for multiplexing and chemifluorescence applications.
