Application

Modifizierte Trypton-Soja-Bouillon wird als Anreicherungsmedium für die Detektion von Escherichia coli O157:H7 in Nahrungsmittel und Tierfutter empfohlen

Preparation Note

Suspend 33 grams of Modified tryptone soy broth in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat if necessary to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121 °C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50 °C and aseptically add rehydrated contents of 1 vial of VCC Selective Supplement (Cat. No. No. 80704). Mix well and dispense as desired.
