Application
Camellia sinensis (green tea) leaves standard reference material (SRM) is primarily intended to validate analytical methods for determining catechins, xanthine,and elemental composition in green tea leaves and similar matrices. Moreover,SRM 3254 can serve as a means of quality assurance for assigning values to in-house control materials. This SRM has also been analyzed for its DNA sequence.
Caractéristiques et avantages
- Available with a certificate documenting NIST-certified mass fraction value of catechins, xanthines, and elements reported on a dry mass basis.
- The reference values are reported as of mass fraction values for catechin, epicatechin, gallic acid, theanine, andother elements, all reported on a dry-mass basis.
- The certified value is metrological traceability to the SI derived unit for mass fraction (expressed as milligrams per gram).
- The NIST certificate is provided with expiration certificate, storage, handling,use, and maintenance instructions.
