The eMcollect Cloth Swab is a specialized blue unwoven cloth specifically engineered for surface sampling in food safety and hygiene assessments. The swab has a honeycombed structure with dimensions of 34 x 16 cm and is essential for laboratories and food industry professionals seeking reliable and effective sampling solutions. The swab is used to check the quality of the disinfection processes, even in the presence of residual disinfectants on the sampled surface. The swab comes in an easy-to-open blue pre-cut sampling bag and a blank area for sample information. Buffered Peptone water with a 10 % neutralizing agent, calibrated to a dose of 10 mL, is used as a diluent. The bag is equipped with an adhesive closure label for sample protection.
