Kristen holds a B.S. in biomedical sciences from Texas A&M University, an MBA from Johns Hopkins University in Maryland, and is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) by the Project Management Institute.

Drawing on more than 19 years of experience in the biotech industry, Joshua provides biosafety scientific, technical, & regulatory consultancy in support of the pre-clinical phase through commercialization of products spanning from monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and vaccines to cell & gene therapies. He has an MBA from Webster University in Missouri, U.S., and a B.Sc. degree in biochemistry from Virginia Tech University in Virginia, U.S.
