Tosufloxacin tosylate is a synthetic fluoroquinolone broad spectrum antibiotic. Tosufloxacin potently inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV. Tosufloxacin is indicated for the treatment of various infections such as skin, respiratory, urinary, gynecologic, ophthalmologic, otolaryngologic, dental infections.
