General description
LB Broth MILLER is a granulated medium for the cultivation of E. coli on scales ranging from small cultures to fermentation. The granules ensure rapid and uniform dissolution in water, and prevent clumping of the medium and inhalation of the airborne powder. It is supplied in several formats.
Application
LB Broth, Miller - Novagen has been used as a culture medium for Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains.
Components
LB Broth, Miller contains yeast extract(5g), peptone from casein (10 g), and sodium chloride(10 g)

Preparation Note
EasyPak is an aluminum foil pouch containing 25 g granulated medium sufficient for 1 L culture. Just add the EasyPak contents to 1 L water, microwave for 2 min to sterilize*, and it is ready to use.
