General description

Ficoll-Paque PREMIUM products are a range of sterile, ready-to-use density gradient media for the preparation of mononuclear cells for use in cell therapy applications.

Application

Ficoll-Paque PREMIUM products are based on Ficoll-Paque PLUS, which has been used for more than 30 years as a sterile density medium for the isolation of high yields of mononuclear cells from bone marrow, peripheral blood, and cord blood. All Ficoll-Paque PREMIUM products differ from Ficoll-Paque PLUS in that they are manufactured under a Quality Management System certified to ISO 13485:2003.

  • Sterile, ready to use reagents used to prepare mononuclear cell preparations from peripheral blood, bone marrow, and umbilical cord blood by density gradient centrifugation.

  • Low levels of endotoxin (< 0.12 EU/mL) secured and tested.
  • Cytotoxicity grade 0.
  • A Regulatory Support File (RSF) is available for Ficoll-Paque PREMIUM products.
