Application

Actions biochimiques/physiologiques

NKAIN1 (Na⁺/K⁺ transporting ATPase interacting 1) is a transmembrane protein belonging to the NKAIN (Na, K-Atpase INteracting) family. It is expressed in different neuronal positions and is functionally active within the membrane bilayer position. It has been reported that NKAIN1 may contribute to the neuronal diseases or metabolic pathways related to alcohol dependence.
