FastStart™ Universal Probe Master
FastStart™ Universal Probe Master (Rox) includes a novel reference dye that enables its use on all real-time PCR instruments requiring normalization with ROX, without modification or adjustments to the specific instrument or protocol. This ready-to-use, 2x concentrated master mix contains all reagents (except primers, probe, and template) needed for running quantitative, real-time DNA-detection assays, including qPCR and two-step qRT-PCR, in the hydrolysis probe detection format.
EagleTaq Universal Master Mix (ROX)
The EagleTaq Universal Master Mix (ROX) is a ready-to-use, 2× concentrated polymerase chain reaction (PCR) hot start master mix that contains all the reagents (except primers, probes, and template) needed for performing quantitative, real-time PCR (qPCR) hydrolysis probe reactions. It contains dUTP so that it may be used with Uracil-DNA Glycosylase (UNG) to prevent false positives arising from carryover contamination.
KAPA PROBE FORCE is a highly inhibitor resistant qPCR master mix that removes the need for DNA purification, enabling streamlined sample-to-Cq workflows. The master mix contains a third generation DNA polymerase evolved to overcome blood, tissue, and plant PCR inhibitors. Crude samples can now be analyzed with comparable accuracy, reproducibility, and sensitivity as purified DNA using KAPA PROBE FORCE.
KAPA PROBE FAST qPCR Kits provide fast and reproducible results for all probe-based qPCR applications. Kits contain a ready-to-use master mix for highly sensitive and accurate real-time PCR using sequence-specific fluorogenic probe chemistries, including hydrolysis probes (e.g. TaqMan®), FRET probes, and displacement probes (e.g. molecular beacons).
KOD One™ PCR Master Mix is the right choice for ultra-fast PCR and qPCR. It offers the fastest elongation rates available for high fidelity polymerases without compromising on the yield and specificity. This convenient, premixed, ready-to-use solution offers an elongation rate of up to 5 sec/kb and exhibits approximately 80-fold higher fidelity than Taq DNA polymerase.
For SYBR® Green-based assays
KiCqStart® qPCR Master mix features a stringent hot-start mechanism for greater specificity. The master mix contains all required basic components for qPCR; simply add primers, probe, and water to finish preparing your assay. KiCqStart® is optimized with ROX based on instrument requirement. Suitable for SYBR® Green and probe-based detection methods, the product line features options for optimization and offer compatibility with tube-, plate-, and capillary-based instruments.
FastStart™ SYBR® Green Master is a ready-to-use hot start reaction mix for quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR). This master mix simplifies the preparation of reactions for DNA detection and analysis. In combination with a real-time PCR instrument, suitable PCR primers, and a hydrolysis probe, FastStart™ TaqMan® Probe Master allows very sensitive detection and quantification of defined DNA sequences.
KAPA SYBR® FAST qPCR Kits contain the first DNA polymerase engineered via directed evolution to be more tolerant of SYBR Green I dye inhibition. The improved robustness, processivity, and speed of KAPA SYBR FAST qPCR Kits result in consistently high amplification efficiencies enabling more accurate relative quantification for gene expression analysis.
