General description

Bromazepam belongs to the 1,4-benzodiazepine class of compounds.[1] It is a type of psychotropic drug, which finds therapeutic applications as an anti-anxiety agent.[1]

Application

Bromazepam may be used as a standard in the quantitative determination of bromazepam in biosamples like human plasma using high performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS-MS).
