General description
Mausserum wird in einer Reihe von auf Mauszellen basierenden Zellkultursystemen genutzt, um Virusinfektionen sowie Hemmungs- und Transduktionsprozesse zu erforschen.[1]
Application
Mausseren werden wie folgt verwendet:
- als Quelle für Inter-α-Inhibitor (IαI) bei der Proteinmodifikation, um den Schwerketten-Hyaluronan(HA)-Komplex zu bilden[2]
- zum Kultivieren von primären glatten Muskelzellen der Atemwege von Mäusen (MASM) und primären glatten Muskelzellen der Atemwege von Menschen (HASM)[3]
- als analytische Qualitätssicherungsprobe für die Metabolomikanalyse von behandeltem Mausserum[4]
