General description

Methylα-D-mannopyranosid ist ein kompetitiver Inhibitor der Bindung von Mannose durch Escherichia coli. [1]

Application

Methylα-D-mannopyranosid wurde verwendet, um eine Reihe von tri- und tetrahydroxylierten siebengliedrigen Iminozuckern in einer Studie zu synthetisieren, die an einem stabilen Noeuromycin-Analogon mit einer D-Mannokonfiguration arbeitete. [2] Es wurde außerdem in einer Studie zur Untersuchung der primären Mannose-Bindungsstelle von Pradimicin A verwendet. [3]

If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
