Ifosfamid ist eine Stickstoff-Senfgas-Verbindung und ein strukturelles Isomer von Cyclophosphamid. Ifosfamid ist ein Prodrug und muss durch das Cytochrom P450 zur biologisch aktiven Komponente transformiert werden. Es wird als antineoplastischer Wirkstoff in der Chemotherapie verwendet, doch die Wahrscheinlichkeit einer Nierentoxizität ist bei Ifosamid größer als bei Cyclophosphamid.
