General description
Application
Rinderserumalbuminlösung wird wie folgt verwendet:
- zur Untersuchung der Wirkung von Plasmaprotein auf sulfatierte Glykosaminoglykane (sGAG)[2]
- zur histologischen Beurteilung der implantierten allogenen mesenchymalen Stammzellen-Alginatkonstrukte (MSC)[3]
- als Komponente von phosphatgepufferter Kochsalzlösung (PBS) zur Behandlung von Erythrozyten für die Probenvorbereitung [4]
Biochem/physiol Actions
Rinderserumalbumin (BSA) wird verbreitet als Blockierungsmittel für ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) verwendet.[5] Es ist außerdem der Hauptbestandteil von Zellkulturmedien.[6] BSA fördert die Differenzierung von humanen embryonalen Stammzellen (hESC) und unterstützt die Zirkulation von Arzneimitteln, Hormonen und Fettsäuren.[6][1]
