General description
Phosphatgepufferte Kochsalzlösung ist ein nichttoxischer biologischer Puffer, der im Allgemeinen Natriumphosphat, Natriumchlorid und Kaliumphosphat enthält. Sie verhindert die osmotisch vermittelte Ruptur oder Dehydrierung von Zellen. PBS wird häufig zum Waschen von Zellen, für die Immunhistochemie und verschiedene andere zelluläre Techniken verwendet.[1]
