Beschreibung

Application

Semi-synthetisches Festmedium; enthält Saccharose als C-Quelle und Nitrat als einzige Stickstoff-Quelle, nützlich für die generelle Kultivierung von Pilzen, Hefen und Bodenbakterien.

Preparation Note

Suspend 50 g in 1 litre of distilled water. Bring to the boil in order to dissolve completely, sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Mix well before pouring.
