Application

Selektives Medium zur Auszählung und Detektion von Enterokokken gemäss Slanetz und Bartley (1957) in Wasser und Abwasser mittels der Membranfiltertechnik und in dem Direktanwendungsverfahren von Nahrungsmitteln gemäss Burkwall und Hartman (1964).

Preparation Note

Dissolve 42 g in 1 litre distilled water. Sterilize in a steamer without excess pressure for 30 minutes. Do NOT autoclave. Pour plates.
