General description
Auf der automatisierten Synthese-Plattform von Synple (SYNPLE-SC002) können der Boc-Schutz und die Boc-Entschützung automatisiert werden (Boc-Schutz-Kartuschen (SYNPLE-B001), (SYNPLE-B002) und Boc-Entschützungskartuschen (SYNPLE-B011)).
Application
- Einer Azobenzol-Aminosäure (aa).[1]
- N-tert-butoxycarbonyl-3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamin (t-BOC-MDMA) aus MDMA.
Es kann auch als Reagenz für folgende Anwendungen eingesetzt werden:
- Zum Einführen der säurelabilen Boc-Schutzgruppe in Aminosäuren, Peptide und Proteine.
- Zum Herstellen von Styrolderivaten mittels Heck-Olefinierung von aromatischen Carbonsäuren in Gegenwart eines Pd-Katalysators.
- Für die Synthese von Oxazolidin-2-onen und Imidazolidin-2-onen mittels Isocyanierung von 1,2-Aminoalkoholen und 1,2-Diaminen unter Verwendung von DMAP als Katalysator.
- Zum Herstellen von N-tert-butoxycarbonyl-3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamin (t-Boc-MDMA) aus MDMA.
- Für die Umwandlung von Aminen in die entsprechenden Isocyanate, Carbamate und Harnstoffderivate.
- Bei der N-BOC-ylierung von Amiden.
- Bei der N-BOC-ylierung von empfindlichen Verbindungen unter nicht wässrigen Bedingungen.

How is shipping temperature determined? And how is it related to the product storage temperature?

Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature. As shipping routes are configured for minimum transit times, shipping at ambient temperature helps control shipping costs for our customers.
