Beschreibung

General description

Ein Blocker der Transmembran/Ca²⁺ Flüsse (IC₅₀ = 7 µ;M), der die durch Capsaicin induzierte Kationenkanalöffnung abschwächt. Hemmt die Ca²⁺-induzierte Ca²⁺-Freisetzung aus Ryanodin-sensitiven intrazellulären Ca²⁺-Speichern. Hemmt die K⁺-stimulierte Katecholaminsekretion (IC₅₀ = 6 µ;M).
