General description

Dulbecco′s Modified Eagle′s Medium/Nutrient Mixture F-12 Ham is a 1:1 mixture. This DMEM F-12 Ham medium differs from the original formula because it is supplemented with L-alanyl-L-glutamine dipeptide. This dipeptide provides a more stable form of glutamine for use in cell cultures as glutamine alone is highly unstable in cell cultures.

Application

Dulbecco′s Modified Eagle′s Medium/Nutrient Mixture F-12 Ham has been used to culture human fibroblasts.
