Reconstitution

Following reconstitution, aliquot and freeze (-20°C). Stock solutions are stable for up to months at -20°C.
Reconstitute in 1 ml 10 mM sodium phosphate buffer, pH 8.0 to yield a final buffer concentration of 15 mM phosphate, 10 mM NaCl with trace Ca+2.
