General description

Pyrethrum extract is an extract of pyrethrum flowers in petroleum oil with a definite pyrethrin content. It instantly brings about a knock down action in insects, thereby acting as an effective insecticide.

Application

Pyrethrum extract may be used to obtain natural pyrethrins, separated using high resolution gas chromatographic analysis(HRGC), which can serve as active ingredients in insecticidal formulations for indoor use, agricultural and also in industrial pest management.
