Application

Benzhydryl alcohol resins are a less acid labile alternative to Rink acid resin. They are used to anchor mostly carboxylic acids and alcohols using the Fmoc protecting group strategy. The 4-methylbenzhydryl alcohol resin is a more acid labile resin than the benzhydryl alcohol resin.
