Description

General description

Etridiazole is an agricultural fungicide,[1] which is found to be effective against fungi of the oomycete group.[2] Its mode of action involves the activation of phospholipases in the mitochondrial membranes.[2]

application

Etridiazole may be used as a reference standard to examine the pesticide residues in fruits[3], cereals[4] and edible vegetable oils[5] by using routine gas chromatographic method.
