Application

1-Pentynylboronic acid pinacol ester can be used as:
  • A substrate in the copper-catalyzed decyanative cross-coupling reactions with aryl selenocyanate to yield unsymmetrically substituted selanes.[1]
  • A reactant in the palladium-catalyzed 1,2-aminoacylation, 1,2-amino-vinylation and -alkynylation reactions with various oxime esters.[2]
