Application

4-Methoxytriphenylamine (P-MOTPA) can be used as a monomer precursor for the preparation of poly-4-methoxytriphenylamine via oxidative polymerization using FeCl3 as an oxidant.[1] Mixture of P-MOTPA and N,N′-diphenyl-N,N′-bis(4-methylphenyl)-1,4-phenylenediamine can be condensed with paraldehyde to synthesize arylamine polymers for the fabrication of perovskite cells.[2]
